How Long Do Custom Grillz Take? Molds, Production and Delivery
At Cali Grillz, gold and silver grillz usually take 5–7 business days to produce after we receive usable molds. Diamond grillz usually take 2–3 weeks after usable molds arrive. Your full order timeline also includes receiving your mold kit, completing and returning your impressions, and shipping the finished grillz.

How a custom grillz order works
- Choose your design and options. Review the material, tooth count, row and other choices on the product page. Where a placement illustration appears, select the requested tooth or gap and check its written summary. Our custom grillz buying guide helps you compare the main choices.
- Order the required mold kit. The kit charge is $11 for one row or $22 for both rows, for each product. Choose the appropriate kit and review the complete cart total before checkout.

- Allow for production. Once usable molds arrive, plan around the estimate for your piece: 5–7 business days for gold or silver, or 2–3 weeks for diamond grillz. Missing order details or an impression that needs to be made again add time before production can begin.
- Plan for final delivery. Cali Grillz accepts worldwide orders. Review the shipping options and charges for your destination at checkout and read our shipping information. A faster shipping service affects transit time; the impression and production stages still need their own time.
Ordering for a performance, birthday or trip
Contact our team before purchasing for a fixed date. Share the product link, exact options, delivery destination and the date you need the finished piece. Include time to receive the kit, return usable molds, complete production and receive the final shipment.
An express-shipping option by itself does not establish an arrival date for a piece that still needs to be made. Discuss your specific order's timing before placing it.
Fit support and custom-order terms
If your grillz need a fit adjustment, contact us within seven days of delivery for free refit work. Customers pay shipping costs. Keep your order number available so we can identify your piece and explain the next steps.
Custom orders are final sale for change-of-mind returns. The refit service is separate from a refund, and statutory rights remain unaffected.
