Once you place your order with us you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email. We will process your order/ ship out your mold kits the following business day. Once the item/ molding kit is shipped you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Once we process and ship your molds to you we suggest you get the quickest shipping method, if in a rush. When we get your molds back, gold grillz take 5-7 business days.

NO REFUNDS on Custom Grillz and Custom Jewelry!
If you are not happy with the item you have purchased, you can get in contact with us to file a return for SCRAP VALUE of the precious metals and gemstones on the piece. Ship the item to our return address, after item inspection, the partial return will be processed to the payment method you completed the purchase with.
