No Refunds or Exchanges. Small fee for minor repairs accepted.

Customers are required to return their molds to us in an orderly time frame in order for us to complete the final order. In the event that the customer chooses to not do so and attempts to place a chargeback- the merchant is not responsible and the customer will not be refunded. The customer is agreeing to purchasing a custom item and therefore we will need their custom molds in order to fulfill the final order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Note, if size of teeth are significantly bigger than usual then you might be subject to an additional charge. Customers will be notified of such necessary measures once the molds have been received.
Mold Delays
Once the purchase is made the customer has a term of 90 days to send us back their molds for the price at purchase to be honored. After the 90 days the client is required to pay the price listed on the website on that current day of production. (i.e. if a client purchases an 8 top 10kt gold grill at $240 in September and they wait until January to send in their molds, the client will not have the pay the difference of the current price (if changed) on the website) Prices will vary based on gold prices.
