Choosing between custom grillz and a premade listing starts with the ordering details. Compare how the piece is made for the wearer, which choices you can select, the complete price and the seller's terms. The label alone does not tell you the material, fit, delivery date or care requirements.
How a Cali Grillz custom order works
Our custom process uses returned impressions and the configuration selected for your order. Choose the design, material, tooth count, row and other options available on that product page. Follow the mold-kit instructions and return the impressions for assessment before production begins.

What to check in a premade listing
If you are considering a premade product from another seller, read its specific description and instructions. Ask:
- What material is used, including any plating and the underlying metal?
- What sizes and tooth coverage are offered, and how does the seller describe fitting the piece?
- Is the pictured design the exact item supplied, and which details can be selected?
- Is it currently in stock, what handling time applies, and what are the return terms?
Get unclear details confirmed before ordering. Do not assume that a premade label means immediate dispatch or that a custom label establishes a particular lifespan or maintenance routine.
Compare complete costs and timelines

Production estimates after usable molds are received are 5–7 business days for gold or silver grillz and 2–3 weeks for diamond grillz. Kit shipping, your impression return and finished-piece shipping take additional time. Read the production and delivery guide when planning an order.
